Lightness Routine

✔️ Hair is fine to normal , lacking volume or flattening quickly.

✔️ The lengths are slightly dry , a little rough on the ends, but not very damaged .

You are looking for a light routine , without oils or heavy ingredients, which respects the balance of the scalp .

✔️ You want to space out shampoos while keeping your hair airy, supple and easy to style .

💡 If the hair is very damaged (bleached, repeatedly colored, sensitized by irons or straighteners), it is advisable to opt instead for the Regenerating Treatment , which is more suited to regenerating the fiber.

1. Take 2 to 3 pumps in the palm of your hand and emulsify lightly.
2. Apply the mousse to several areas: crown, temples and nape of the neck.
3. Massage the scalp with the flat of your hand, concentrating on the back of the head. Add a little water to activate the lather. A light lather remains effective.
4. Glide over the lengths without rubbing, then rinse thoroughly.

Repeat for optimal double cleansing.

5. Apply the Detangling Conditioner to wet, lightly towel-dried lengths and ends. If your hair is thick, apply strand by strand for optimal effectiveness.

6. Detangle your hair with your fingers or a wide-toothed comb, starting from the ends and working your way up to avoid damaging the hair fiber.

7. Leave on for a few minutes then rinse thoroughly.

⚠️ Precautions for use: Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

On average, one bottle of LAO Care Purifying Shampoo lasts 3 to 4 months, with 3 washes per week.

You will need to respect the recommended quantity, namely two pumps of shampoo per wash, doing a double wash.

If you have short, not too thick hair, use only one pump.

The Lightness Routine is perfect for dry hair, especially if it is fine.

If you have rather thick and dry hair, then in this case we would recommend the Gentle Routine

Depending on the batch, the pH of our treatments ranges between 5 and 5.5. We chose this level to respect the physiological pH of hair, which is acidic.

An acidic pH (less than 7) is also better for the hair fiber because it tightens the scales and makes the hair softer!

The Lightness Routine's Purifying Shampoo is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women due to its high concentration of nettle hydrosol. Toxicologists have differing opinions as it is a rinse-off product, but we advise against it as a precaution.

Yes, for several reasons. It does not contain sulfates , those cleaning agents known to be stripping. Instead, LAO Care has incorporated gentle cleaning agents such as glucosides, derived from sugar.
