Apprenticeship offer
B2B account manager
You will assist CEO Lisa, in charge of key accounts and commercial strategy.
LAO Care is distributed through selective channels, in pharmacies and parapharmacies and in hair salons.
Thanks to the very rapid expansion of our range, we have a retail development opportunity to seize.
This position is subject to significant growth. If you are motivated and show results, we will promote you very quickly.
The missions
Account management
- Follow-up of existing B2B customers: sending newsletters and news, telephone contact
- Monitoring of communication and marketing action calendars according to the highlights of the year and the brand
- Creation of BDLs and invoices
- Management of private sales customers (Choose, Toasty, etc.) to update matrices and descriptions, and maximize operations, including for unsold item management (clearance sales such as Greez, Intacte, etc.)
Trade marketing
- Monitoring of the year's commercial calendar with B2B events according to key moments, online and in physical points of sale
Prospecting and sales
- Management of co-outsourced agents in pharmacies to maximize performance and sales support
- Automation of prospecting via modern tools
- Telephone prospecting to follow up on acquired leads
Others
- Training of pharmacy and hair salon customers
- Participation in trade fairs and professional events to promote the brand to a selective clientele

Qualifications
- Bac +4/5 training with successful experience in commerce or sales
- A very resourceful and motivated profile with an appetite for results
- Impeccable spelling
- Strong organizational, prioritization and autonomy skills with a real desire to learn every day!
