7.1 Persons responsible for collecting personal data

For Personal Data collected by Schino Care as part of the creation of the User's personal account and their browsing on the Site, the controller of the Personal Data is: Schino Care SAS. Schino Care is represented by Ms. Lisa Werlé, its legal representative.

As the controller of the data it collects, Schino Care undertakes to comply with the framework of the legal provisions in force. In particular, it is its responsibility to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and Customers, prior to the collection of their personal data, with complete information on the processing of their personal data and to maintain a record of processing operations that is accurate.

Whenever Schino Care processes Personal Data, Schino Care takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data is accurate and relevant to the purposes for which Schino Care processes it.

 

7.2 Purpose of the data collected

 

Schino Care may process all or part of the data:

• to enable navigation on the Site and the management and traceability of products ordered by the user: connection and use data for the Site, invoicing, organization of deliveries to the Customer with the help of external service providers (logistics, carrier), order history, etc.

• to prevent and combat computer fraud (spamming, hacking, etc.): computer equipment used for browsing, IP address, password (hashed);

• to conduct optional satisfaction surveys on Schino Care: email address;

7.3 Right of access, rectification and opposition

As soon as Schino Care becomes aware of the death of a User and in the absence of instructions from the User, Schino Care undertakes to destroy their data, unless their retention proves necessary for evidentiary purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that he/she would like Schino Care to correct, update or delete, by identifying himself/herself precisely with a copy of an identity document (identity card or passport).

Requests for deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on Schino Care by law, particularly regarding the retention or archiving of documents. Finally, Users of https://lao-care.com/ may file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, and in particular the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

 

7.4 Non-communication of personal data

However, Schino Care remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors on the condition that they present sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: n° 2016-679).

Schino Care undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the Information and in particular to ensure that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident impacting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer's Information is brought to the attention of Schino Care, the latter must inform the Customer as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, it does not collect any "sensitive data" except, occasionally, health data related to Customers' hair problems, and solely on the basis of the Customer's voluntary participation (no obligation).

The User's Personal Data may be processed by subcontractors (service providers) of Schino Care, exclusively to achieve the purposes referred to above.

Within the limits of their respective attributions and for the purposes mentioned above, the main persons likely to have access to the data of Users of https://lao-care.com/ are mainly the Management of Schino Care and its customer service agents.

 

8. Incident Notification

 

Despite best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If we become aware of a security breach, we will notify affected users and take appropriate action. Our incident notification procedures take into account our legal obligations.
