You are looking for a nourishing but light routine, without silicones, which respects the natural balance of the scalp.

1. Take 2 to 3 pumps in the palm of your hand and emulsify lightly.
2. Apply the mousse to several areas: crown, temples and nape of the neck.
3. Massage the scalp with the flat of your hand, concentrating on the back of the head. Add a little water to activate the lather. A light lather remains effective.
4. Glide over the lengths without rubbing, then rinse thoroughly.

Repeat for optimal double cleansing.

5. Apply the Detangling Conditioner to wet, lightly towel-dried lengths and ends. If your hair is thick, apply strand by strand for optimal effectiveness.

6. Detangle your hair with your fingers or a wide-toothed comb, starting from the ends and working your way up to avoid damaging the hair fiber.

7. Leave on for a few minutes then rinse thoroughly.

On average, one bottle of LAO Care Purifying Shampoo lasts 3 to 4 months, with 3 washes per week.

You will need to respect the recommended quantity, namely two pumps of shampoo per wash, doing a double wash.

If you have short, not too thick hair, use only one pump.

The conditioner is very economical, you only need one to two dollops of product to detangle your hair depending on its thickness.

If your hair is rather thick, we recommend distributing the product in sections to make detangling easier.

Depending on the batch, the pH of our treatments ranges between 5 and 5.5. We chose this level to respect the physiological pH of hair, which is acidic.

An acidic pH (less than 7) is also better for the hair fiber because it tightens the scales and makes the hair softer!
