Article 1 – Organization of the operation

The "Golden Ticket - INTENSE PROTEIN BONDING Christmas Box" operation (hereinafter "the Operation") is organized by LAO Care, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of 26,881 euros, registered with the Strasbourg Trade and Companies Register under number 88453872900010, having its registered office at 10 Rue des cerisiers 67170 Brumath (hereinafter "the Organizer").

Article 2 – Period of the operation

The Operation runs from December 5, 2024 at 00:01 to December 15, 2024 at 23:59 (date and time in Paris, France).

Article 3 – Eligible Participants

The Operation is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France, including Corsica, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Ireland, England, Italy (hereinafter "the Participant"), having ordered an INTENSE PROTEIN BONDING Christmas box on the LAO Care e-commerce site during the period mentioned in article 2.

LAO Care employees, their relatives, as well as any person who participated directly or indirectly in the organization of the Operation, cannot participate.

Article 4 – Terms of participation

1. Three (3) Golden Tickets were printed and randomly inserted into three orders containing the INTENSE PROTEIN BONDING Christmas Box.
2. Orders containing the Golden Tickets will be shipped to customers as part of orders placed on the LAO Care e-commerce website during the Operation period.

Article 5 – Designation of winners

Participants who received a box containing a golden ticket are automatically designated as winners (hereinafter "the Winners").

Article 6 – Endowments

Each golden ticket entitles you to one (1) pure gold ingot of 1 gram . The indicative value of one ingot is 81 euros.

Article 7 – Claiming winnings

1. Winners must contact LAO Care within 30 days of receiving their order, following the instructions on the golden ticket.
2. When claiming, Winners must provide:
   • A photo or scan of the Golden Ticket as proof of authenticity.
   • Their proof of purchase of the INTENSE PROTEIN BONDING Christmas box.
   • A valid postal address for sending the prize.

In the absence of a claim within the time limit, the Winner is deemed to have waived his or her prize, without any possible recourse.

Article 8 – Sending of prizes

Gold bars will be shipped by post to the addresses provided by the Winners within a maximum of 60 days after validation of their claim by LAO Care.

LAO Care cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damages occurring during the sending of gifts by postal services.

Article 9 – Authenticity of golden tickets

1. Only original, complete, undamaged and identifiable golden tickets will be accepted.
2. Any attempt at falsification or fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the Participant concerned.

Article 10 – Limitation of liability

LAO Care cannot be held responsible in the event of:

• Technical problem beyond its control (interruption of orders, shipping problem, etc.).
• Force majeure or unforeseeable events preventing the normal course of the Operation.
• Non-compliant claim or late receipt of a golden ticket.

Article 11 – Acceptance of the conditions

Participation in the Operation implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions. No exchange or claim regarding the nature, value or terms of the prizes will be accepted.

Article 12 – Modification or cancellation of the operation

LAO Care reserves the right to modify or cancel the Operation, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice or obligation to provide justification, particularly in the event of force majeure or events affecting the proper conduct of the Operation.

Article 13 – Personal data

Personal data collected as part of the Operation is processed in accordance with current regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is used solely for the purpose of managing claims and sending prizes. Article 14 – Applicable law and disputes

These general conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the Operation will be submitted to the competent courts of Strasbourg.
