Directions for use
Use as a course of treatment for 15 days to 1 month, 3 times a year.

Step 1 : The Regenerating Shampoo
Gently cleanses and prepares your hair to receive the benefits of the following products. Apply to the scalp, lather, then rinse.
Step 2 : The Regenerating Mask
Treats the hair fiber deeply and on the surface, regenerating it durably. Apply to the lengths and ends, comb to distribute the product. Leave on for 5 minutes then rinse.
Step 3 : Leave-In Treatment Cream
Finally, apply a small amount of leave-in cream to washed and towel-dried hair, from the lengths to the ends. Protects and adds shine.

Directions for use
In the shower, wet your hair thoroughly . Lather two hazelnut-sized amounts of LAO shampoo by massaging it into your scalp.
This first wash will remove dust and will foam slightly . Rinse well.
Do a second wash with two pumps of shampoo, which will lather generously while freeing the scalp of sebum.
Pay particular attention to the back of your head , while running your fingers through your hair lengthwise, for maximum lightness after drying!

Rinse well with clean water. Remember to turn off the water in the shower! 💧
Choosing the right shampoo
Choose your shampoo based on your scalp , not your hair length!
If your scalp gets greasy quickly, choose a shampoo without oil or silicones to wash without weighing it down... in this case, nettle treatment is perfect for you! It's by far our customers' favorite!
If your hair is rather thick, doesn't get greasy easily, or your hair is curly, frizzy, or kinky... then this nourishing treatment is for you! Its lemon balm hydrosol will care for your scalp, while the hemp oil will strengthen the hair fiber.
Combine it with a conditioner or a mask if you have very dry hair or are looking to detangle it!
Oily roots... and dry ends? You can easily use both shampoos alternately!
